These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inspire Clicks website (inspireclicks.in) and any SEO, content, digital PR, or related services provided by Inspire Clicks ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Inspire Clicks provides SEO and related digital marketing services, including but not limited to organic search SEO, technical SEO, local SEO, content marketing, digital PR, and conversion rate optimisation, as described on our website and agreed in a specific client scope of work.
Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed with each client individually, consistent with the plans described on our Pricing page. We operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement with 30 days' written notice, as outlined on our Pricing page.

SEO involves factors outside any agency's direct control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and market conditions. While we apply our full expertise to every engagement and report transparently on results, we do not and cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes.
Content, strategy documents, and reports created specifically for a client as part of a paid engagement belong to that client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Our own website content, branding, and general methodology remain the property of Inspire Clicks.
Fees are billed according to the terms agreed at the start of an engagement. Late or non-payment may result in pause or termination of services. Specific invoicing schedules are confirmed directly with each client.
We treat all client business information, account access, and strategy discussions as confidential, and do not share client data with other clients or third parties outside of what's needed to deliver the agreed services (e.g. approved subcontractors bound by the same confidentiality standards).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspire Clicks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including losses related to search engine ranking changes, algorithm updates, or third-party platform policies beyond our control.
Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement per the notice terms agreed at the start of that engagement (standard: 30 days' written notice). Upon termination, we will provide reasonable handover support for work completed to date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
